Learning Mentors

Pupils sometimes need short term support to make sense of what is happening to them, to reflect on how their actions can act as barriers and to work out ways of making things better.

What do we do:

• Our core work is to initiate and maintain professional relationships with the children who have been referred to us.
• We aim to remove barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve full potential.
• We provide support to learners with low self-esteem in order to transform them into confident pupils with improved motivation.
