Student and Family Support
Our Student and Family Support Team are responsible for the safeguarding and well-being of the students.
We are here to support students and to break down any barriers to learning that are non-academic, such as mental health and wellbeing, issues around social skills and issues at home. Life can be confusing and troubling at times for our students, as well as their parents and extended family. This in turn can affect how students learn and behave in school as well as their general well-being and mental health. Sometimes it helps to have someone you can talk to, someone who will support and listen to you and can help you to work things out. We refer students to our multi-disciplinary therapy team.
The student and family support team provides a circle of support around each student and families who need it. We strive to engage students and families, building trust and better communication between school and home. We hope you will find us friendly and approachable. If you are worried about your child or are in a difficult situation, you can contact us for support. We will support you where possible or refer you to external agencies.
If you have any questions we would be happy to meet you at school. Alternatively, you contact us via telephone on 020 8735 0980 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
